Andrea Fields

Andrea Fields joined Enbridge in 2023 as an engineering technician in the Distribution department. In this role, she has been involved in various projects, creating construction plans, collecting and analyzing data, estimating construction expenses, and more. As the current chair of the WE3 employee resource group, Andrea is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Her leadership and dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment are evident through the initiatives and events she has led. She now serves as the Supervisor of Gas Operations in Leak Detection. 

Before joining Enbridge, Andrea had a diverse background in project management, program development, and digital fabrication. She successfully led cross-functional teams in implementing solutions, fostering innovation, and integrating advanced technologies. Additionally, Andrea built a strong network of strategic partners to meet the organization’s needs, focusing on streamlining workflows, optimizing processes, and enhancing resource efficiency. She is also the founder of the LYF Foundation, a nonprofit offering self-development programs. 

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in structures and foundations from Cleveland State University (CSU). She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from CSU. 

Andrea is a wife and mother of three, who enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing softball, and engaging in creative projects in various maker spaces. She is also a sought-after speaker and advocate for minority women in STEM, having spoken at the Ohio State Senate, been interviewed for the book “Deeper Learning,” and delivered a TEDxCLE talk, among other engagements with organizations like GE, Chevron, and U.S. News and World Report.
