Nicole Berlekamp joined Envision as Executive Director in February 2024, leveraging over 16 years of dedicated experience in nonprofit leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Kent State University.

Throughout her career, Nicole has been a passionate advocate for nonprofit organizations, excelling in board development, fundraising strategies, and policy implementation. As Executive Director of the Nordonia Schools Foundation for ten years, she played a pivotal role in fostering partnerships with community organizations and funders, significantly increasing endowments for student scholarships and establishing a successful planned giving program.

Nicole’s commitment to enhancing community engagement and driving impactful initiatives is at the core of her work. She actively contributes to her community as a board member of the Nordonia Schools Foundation and volunteers with her children’s schools and activities. Outside her professional role, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, nurturing her garden, and restoring her 100-year-old home
